During these hikes I have been tracked on the ground with vehicle traffic as well as in the air with air traffic. Tonight I went outside at about the same time I have been leaving on my hikes lately and was standing in my backyard, when I heard multiple gunshots fired about 500-700 feet away in an area beyond the tree line on an opposing shore. When I started heading in that direction, a grey or silver 1980's luxury sedan pulled off the dirt road from where the shots were fired. I heard about 14 shots altogether and I believe this is yet another intimidation tactic meant to send a signal regarding my evening hikes. Could it be that they are worried about me stumbling upon some hardware in the area?
